International ship modeling competitions took place from August 15 to 22, 2024, at the Far Eastern Marine Training Center of Admiral G.I. Nevelsky Moscow State University and Minny Gorodok Park in Vladivostok, marking the fourth consecutive year for the event.
The competitions aim to engage youth in ship modeling and robotics, foster intergenerational connections through sports, broaden the appeal of ship modeling, and promote Vladivostok as a hub for technical sports and creativity.
Events included water races and evaluations of ship model replicas.
This year, participants came from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, China, Jordan, Yemen, and Palestine. The competition was supported by various organizations, including the UIA "Directorate of Public Spaces of the City of Vladivostok," PJSC SOVCOMFLOT, FESCO Transport Group, and others.
